Chianti wine tasting
took the bus to Greve a little town in Chianti where we went wine tasting. Such a nice Sunday :)

Chianti Bike Tour
I went on the famous bike tour of chianti wine country today! We biked 13 miles through some of the most beautiful vineyards and little villages of chianti. We saw a castle, tasted good wine and olive oil and got a great workout. My butt hurts but i had so much fun! My roommates and i went and saw the "La Traviata" opera tonight too (we're so cultured) haha

gettin lost and lovin it
I spent the day with my two dutch roommates Lavinia and Babette. We found this delicious little restaurant named Cinque in Piazza della Passara and made friends with the old man that owned it. He gave us so many grapes he grew in his garden that were absolutely the best grapes i've ever tasted. Also, the food melted in your mouth and it was (arguably) the best meal i've had since i've been here! Almost everything in the restaurant was organic and I'm so excited to go back there all the time! We spent the rest of the day walking around, stopping into any little churches we could find and shopping here and there :)
